The car of the future, it’s stylish and highly technical. Concept – these is a very sleek vehicle with flowing lines and a futuristic look. Dubbed the Mithos Electromagnetic Vehicle is what supercars will look like in the future. Back to Inacio’s Mithos, the body will be crafted out of something called H-Fiber (a composite that hasn’t been discovered as yet) which is able to withstand crashes along with having a super cool feature: shape memory. This means that whatever scratches or dents befall the car, it’ll be able to ‘heal’ itself. Mithos will also be equipped with a Terrain Scanning System that enables the car’s traction and suspension to adapt to the terrain. As if that weren’t futuristic enough, the Mithos will also be delivered to buyers via a molecular transporter. In other words, it can be teleported!

Amazing concept – it is a futuristic vehicle future. Smart ball have the flexibility to shuttle in the city, of course, can also attract infinite eyes! It has a different body structure–transparent body, tires combined with spherical body; tire structure – it also has a clever fusion of power connected to the tires, lights and tires. The see through body of Smart Ball will make sure that a driver gets a great view of what lies in front of him. The best part of the design is that it won’t consume of a lot of space in parking lots. It will easily squeeze in tight spaces and can be flexibly parked just anywhere. This will save a lot of precious space and will create room for more vehicles without any additional efforts. The inside is very spacious and comfortable, which will make rides fun.

This will be a limited-production model called E "Superlight" in 2015 featuring the latest in automotive technology. A chassis constructed entirely from carbonfiber is not a novelty, but it’s not common either, being restricted to hypercars such as the Ferrari Enzo and only recently trickling down to supercars like the McLaren MP4-12C. Yet that’s exactly the material Merc plans to use for the E “Superlight”, shaving more than 350 kg (772 pounds) off the weight of a steel-bodied car. MKZ Concept, which debuts at the 2012 Detroit Motor Show, marks a new era for Lincoln.  The MKZ Concept is the next step in the reinvention of Lincoln. What’s important about the MKZ study is its styling language along with the ambience and the various gadgets and features of the interior, which looks more production ready than the exterior. On the outside, most surfaces and details are new with the exception of the front end that looks like a slightly more modern version of Lincoln’s current face with a split-wing grille and relatively small headlamps pushed towards the corners. Inside, the concept has seating for four with champagne-colored leather seats, while the passenger enjoying the view from the panoramic glass roof that spans from the windshield to the top of the backlight. Among other features, the MKZ’s cabin sports push-button transmission gear selection, an open, tiered center console and liquid crystal instrumentation.

A modern interpretation of the original Mangusta from the late 1960s. Design proposal blends several characteristic styling cues of the original Mangusta such as the low-placed headlamps with a more angular shaped body that features a pair of scissor doors. Like the original, it had to be spectacular and communicate an impression of wild ferocity and power while recalling the serenity of a feline at rest, and the elegance of the animal that doesn’t need to fear anything.

India will soon have its own sport car thanks to DC Design’s Avanti that was launched at the 2012 New Delhi Auto Expo. Type approval and on-road tests would follow soon. The prototype that was unveiled at the 2012 Auto Expo is constructed around a lightweight but rigid spaceframe chassis. It features unequal-length wishbones and coil over shock absorbers on both axles, 19-inch wheels with 255/35 front and 295/30 rear tires and 330 mm ventilated disc brakes with AP Racing calipers. It is powered by a mid-mounted 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder EcoBoost engine sourced from Ford and tuned to deliver 240HP and 366Nm (270 lb-ft) of torque. Thanks to its compliance with Euro 5 emissions regulations it can also be exported, while a slight change in the engine mapping will make it compatible with the oncoming Euro 6 regulation.  

Power is transmitted to the rear wheels via a Ford-sourced six-speed manual gearbox, while the Avanti will also be optionally available with a dual-clutch PowerShift transmission. Although 240HP combined with a dry kerb weight of 1,562 kg (3,443 pounds) isn’t exactly supercar territory, the Avanti will be priced at a reasonable Rs 30 lakh, or around US$56,000 at the current exchange rates.

Cadillac’s entry-level RWD sedan will be offered at launch with three engines including a 2.5-liter four banger, a 2.0-liter Turbo with 270 ponies and a 3.6-liter V6 (probably with 318HP). Latest shots of the ATS show a production-spec fascia (albeit obscured by camo), along with road-ready headlamps, tail lamps and a pair of vertical LED fog lamps set low in the front bumper. You can also catch a glimpse of the inset dual exhausts, which we’re assuming will be available on both the V6 and four-pot variants. North American sales of the 2013MY ATS are expected to begin later this year.

Luca Mazzanti and Mario Farall after three years of collaborating with designer Zsolt Tarnok,  is ready to launch the first ever F&M Auto production car: the Evantra. Actually, it’s the company’s first very limited production car, since only five examples will be made, with the lucky owners being able to fully customize their own car. They can choose between a composite or an aluminum body, a naturally aspirated or twin-turbocharged version of a 3.5-liter flat-six with 403HP and 603HP respectively – and, in the case of the hand-crafted aluminum body, make changes to the design and create a really bespoke, one-off supercar.

Super green and super fuel efficient car. Mercedes-Benz in develop with a new generation of aerodynamic trailer. In collaboration between Mercedes-Benz and Commercial Vehicle Design department, they have managed to apply the same principles used in Mercedes-Benz Actros to bring wind resistance level down to 12 to 15 percent lower. The new Mercedes-Benz Aero Trailer front airdam reduces the distance to the tractor unit, thus lowering the wind resistance by one percent. By lowering the wind resistance level, Mercedes-Benz Aero Trailer provides great reduction in fuel consumption to almost 5 percent in real-life road traffic. Although the wind resistance level has been reduced, the fundamental load compartment design remains intact, the dimension remains unaffected. The only limitation would be the fact the this truck’s length measurement go over current permissible limit by almost half a meter. The objective of this design study is to show to the world that it is possible to further reduce the already low consumption and low CO2 emissions of state-of-the-art trucks.

The long-nosed roadster was developed in close collaboration with Audi Quattro GmbH, which provided a modified version of the 2.5-liter turbocharged inline-five found under the hood of the RS3 and TT RS. He  lost 30 kg or 66 pounds over the standard Audi variant. The sports model is built on a tubular hybrid chassis made out of carbon fiber, aluminum and steel, and features a carbon composite body, which help keep the total weight down to around 700 kilos or about 1,550 pounds.  To accommodate the bigger engine, the GTO is a size larger than its predecessors, the GT Coupe and the D8 270RS roadster, measuring about 350mm (13.8-in.) longer and 150mm (5.9-in.) wider. Production of the new car will begin in 2012 with deliveries of a first batch of 25 limited edition models expected in the summer. The regular versions of the GTO will arrive in Europe in the beginning of 2013.
