Dubbed the Mithos Electromagnetic Vehicle is what supercars will look like in the future. Back to Inacio’s Mithos, the body will be crafted out of something called H-Fiber (a composite that hasn’t been discovered as yet) which is able to withstand crashes along with having a super cool feature: shape memory. This means that whatever scratches or dents befall the car, it’ll be able to ‘heal’ itself. Mithos will also be equipped with a Terrain Scanning System that enables the car’s traction and suspension to adapt to the terrain. As if that weren’t futuristic enough, the Mithos will also be delivered to buyers via a molecular transporter. In other words, it can be teleported!

Amazing concept – it is a futuristic vehicle future. Smart ball have the flexibility to shuttle in the city, of course, can also attract infinite eyes! It has a different body structure–transparent body, tires combined with spherical body; tire structure – it also has a clever fusion of power connected to the tires, lights and tires. The see through body of Smart Ball will make sure that a driver gets a great view of what lies in front of him. The best part of the design is that it won’t consume of a lot of space in parking lots. The prototype car was presented at the motorsport industry association’s 2012 low carbon racing conference.  The ‘lola-drayson B12/69EV’ racecar is believed to be the fastest electric-powered racing car. The Lola-Drayson B12/69EV features Drayson’s brand new 4X2-640 electric drivetrain, inductive charging, composite battery power, moveable aerodynamics and electrical regenerative damping. Its four electric motors are said to deliver a whopping 850 horsepower and a top speed of around 200 mph.   

Utilizing four axial flux oxford YASA motors, the ‘lola-drayson B12/69EV’ generates up to 850 horsepower, capable of attaining speeds of up to 320 km/hour (199 mph). the car travels from zero to 60mph (100 km/hr) in three seconds, and zero to 100mph in 5.1 seconds.  The racecar offers the first real-world implementation of a new generation of lithium nanophosphate battery cells, lasting fifteen minutes. it charges via a qualcomm haloIPT wireless induction system, utilizing recharging pads on the garage pavement that generate energy to the coils built into the floor of the vehicle. precautions were taken to ensure that the batteries discharge upon impact, to minimize risk of explosion or fire. It is expected that the car compete in the first-ever FIA electric car championship planned for 2013.

This auto has a grand exterior and looks stylish as well as sporty. The silvery metallic finish with the neon blue peeking here and there from the chassis make the auto look absolutely splendid. The two displays in the green auto will enthrall you; there is a display for drivers on the windscreen along with another panoramic 3D view of the adjacent neighborhood through which you are passing by. This 3D display comes up on the entire dashboard so that driver as well as the passengers can have a delightful view of the surroundings they are driving through. This small detail is sure to excite many and will add to the market frenzy for this auto.

The XL1, which will reportedly be manufactured in either Dresden or Wolfsburg, is powered by a 27HP electric motor and a 48HP two-cylinder turbodiesel with a capacity of just 0.8-liters. The combined output of the two powerplants is 75HP. Thanks to the use of lightweight materials like magnesium, ceramics, aluminum and CFRP, the XL1 tips the scales at just 795 kg (1,752 pounds). 

The XL1 can operate in an all-electric mode up to speeds of 35 km/h (22 mph), at which point the diesel engine is activated. VW’s two-seater car is equipped with a 7-speed dual-clutch DSG gearbox and accelerates from 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph) in 11.9 seconds and can reach an electronically limited top speed of 160 km/h (99 mph). According to the German company, the XL1 concept returns a combined fuel economy of just 0.9 lt/100 km, equal to 261 mpg US and 313 mpg UK while emitting just 24 g/km of CO2. Expected to sell 1.5 million units in 2018 .

The Porsche Cayman is expected to arrive in early 2013 or may be even late 2012. Honda wants to build a supercar that breaks the mold while creating a totally new technological package. It’s not a car that rests on its engine-generated power alone. The extra herbs produced by the front-mounted electric motors will make the next-generation NSX a very quick car. Honda is working on a VTEC V-6 engine displacing 3.5 to 3.7 liters that boasts a cylinder head with an integrated exhaust manifold and valveless throttle. Obviously it will be of the Atkinson cycle variety. The two-motor setup will be powered by lithium-ion batteries and employ a plug-in recharge system to minimize battery weight.

The original Dualnote system incorporated an engine that drove an on-board generator powering the motors, a system considered inherently inefficient. By fitting an all-new continuous current motor to the new concept, engineers have been able to minimize electricity consumption while at the same time creating a gutsy torque-generating, high-revving system. "This system will be the secret to the NSX successor’s incredible pace," suggests our source. One other critical aspect of the new car will be its weight-saving aluminum body, a process carried over from the first NSX.

RimacAutomobili is young company that develops and produces high performance electric vehicles, drive trains and battery systems. “Our first car evolved in a short period into a project that didn’t give an end result but a beginning of great new story, of the first world electric hyper car – The Concept(One)” Mate Rimac describes their beginnings. 

Rimac Automobili developed an unique powertrain which is divided into four sub-systems, each consisting of one motor, inverter and reduction gearbox. Each of those systems drives one wheel, completely independent one from the other. The package reminds us of elements from the Devon GTX, Jaguar C-X75 and Koenigsegg – good places to start, all – but without looking derivative as independently made supercars often do. And while many concept cars pay little attention to the interior, this is another area in which the Rimac doesn’t disappoint.

This is just an image of the new concept car! Will it happen? Citroen says that the project is already a reality with the launch in France of Citroen Multicity. Tubik, a high-tech executive shuttle based on one key idea: travel should be fun. The concept looks good and wants to believe that all this does not lie in the display as a future solution.

Converj Concept will enter production as a luxury coupe with extended-range electric vehicle technology. The Cadillac ELR name stands for the car’s electric propulsion technology and keeps with the brand’s 3-letter international model naming convention. The concept generated instant enthusiasm-the combination of electric propulsion with striking design and the fun of luxury coupe driving.

The Cadillac ELR will be equipped with a similar electric propulsion system to the Chevy Volt, featuring a T-shaped lithium ion battery, an electric drive unit, and a four-cylinder engine-generator. Like the Volt, the ELR will use electricity as its primary source of energy for motivation, with the gasoline engine generator kicking in once the batteries are depleted.  Cadillac, an aggressive, forward-leaning profile and proportion showcases a uniquely shaped, modern vision of a personal luxury 2+2.
