its a Lincoln with what looks like an Excalibur kit on it.
the flames are done with propane jets in most cases and a simple grill type lighter, on old carbed engines you could actually flame out the tail pipe with a spark plug and some flooding of the engine.
i have first time see this type of car

Any idea where I can get more info on this car. What was it originally? The doors and windows almost look like a lincoln towncar.
